Allegheny SAF Summer Training - September 25-27, 2024
The WVSAF hosted the annual Summer Training for fellowship and education at Cacapon Resort State Park in Berkeley Springs, WV. 818 Cacapon Lodge Drive, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. The agenda focused on forestry in the Chesapeake Watershed.

The Allegheny SAF Winter Training - February 15-17, 2023
Please plan to attend the 2023 Allegheny SAF Winter Training “Delivering Clean Water, Wildlife Habitat, Economic Benefits, and Captured Carbon in an Uncertain World”
The training will be held February 15-17, 2023, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Somerset, NJ.
Registration is due by February 14, 2023 and includes Wednesday Icebreaker social, Thursday lunch, and all breaks.

The Allegheny SAF Winter Training - February 16-18, 2022
Please plan to attend “in person” the 2022 Allegheny SAF Winter Training Conference “Young Forests and Young Professionals” to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Allegheny SAF. The training will be held February 16-18, 2022, at the Gemmell Center on the campus of Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania.

Allegheny SAF 2021 Annual Winter Meeting to Be Virtual
In light of current events and our inability to meet in person, the Allegheny Society of American Foresters will host our Annual Meeting “virtually on Zoom” on the evening of Wednesday, March 10, 2021, beginning at 6:30 pm. This will serve as our annual business meeting, with the intended audience being our entire Allegheny SAF membership, similar to the meetings that we typically hold on Friday mornings during our normal annual Winter Meetings. This will also be our opportunity to present awards, recognitions, and other items. Please save the date and plan to attend if you are able.
The Zoom meeting link will be provided to our membership prior to the event.

Allegheny SAF 2020 Summer Meeting is Canceled
The Allegheny SAF Summer Meeting scheduled for September 16-18, 2020, in the Milford, PA area has been canceled.
Due to the ongoing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the Pinchot Chapter in collaboration with the Allegheny SAF Executive Committee has elected to cancel this year's planned Summer Meeting.

WV Division Spring Meeting 2020
ANNOUNCEMENT: For the purpose of COVID-19 safety measures, the WV SAF Division has decided to postpone the WVSAF meeting planned for April 1-2 until undetermined a future date. That date will be posted here as soon as that decision has been made.
